About Noah O. Ndakala
CPA Noah Ndakala is a seasoned professional accountant with 25+ years of distinguished experience in Audit, Tax and Business Advisory.
He is the founder and Managing Partner at Ndakala Advisory LLP, a firm that offers Audit, Tax and Business Advisory across various sectors of the economy. He is a founder expert who has previously founded and managed various consulting firms and enterprises.
Prior to founding Ndakala Advisory CPA Ndakala had stints in local and international leading Audit forms at both Senior and Partner level for over 20 years.
CPA Ndakala consults in various industries such as Financial and Service Sector, Real Estate and Manufacturing, Oil and Gas, Public Sector as well as in the Public Benefit Organizations (PBOs) among others.
He is a practicing member of the Institute of Certified Public Accountants of Kenya (ICPAK), Institute of Certified Accountants of Uganda (ICPAU), Institute of Certified Secretaries (ICS),the Institute of Internal Auditors (IIA) as well as the Institute of Human Resource Management of Kenya (IHRM).
He holds a Bachelor of Commerce degree in Finance and an MBA in Strategic Management from USIU-Africa.
Community Development
Beyond his professional role, he has contributed significantly to various organizations through voluntary service including boards of KCA Foundation where he is a current director representing the Alumni, a former member of the Practitioners Development Committee (PDC) of ICPAK, Board member at Christ is the Answer Ministries (CITAM) Schools and Finance Committee member of Christ is the Answer Ministries (CITAM) Church and Former Chair of Alumni Association of KCA University(AAKCA) among others.
SMEs Mentorship
Ndakala is a trained mentor and consultant for SMEs having actively participated in business Incubation Africa ;a Hub for coaching and mentoring of start-ups and did some work with IBUKA Program a Nairobi Securities Exchange (NSE) Initiative for listing Start-ups at the Bourse.
He has directly and indirectly employed and mentored over 200 beginner accountants, fostering the next generation of industry leaders. Resilience, courage, ambition, and integrity are hallmarks of CPA Ndakala’s career and personal ethos.
